  • Keep a distance of 6 feet or more from anyone who is not in your household (read: your mundane household) as much as possible.
  • Organizers will endeavor to make hand sanitizer and cleaning products available. Participants are encouraged to bring their own sanitizing products as well. Please sanitize your hands regularly.
  • You may not share food or drinks with those who are not in your own household. You may eat and drink (with your mask temporarily removed) but keep a double distance (12 feet) from others while you are eating. Consider choosing a spot that is down-wind from other practice participants if possible. The organizer may designate an area for eating, at their discretion. Food and beverages will not be provided. Anything you wish to eat or drink you must bring yourself.
  • No equipment, including chairs, shall be loaned. You MUST bring your own gear. An exception may be made for tables and pop-up shelters, which should be sanitized before and after use. Consider periodically sanitizing tables during use. Arrangements for tables and shelters must be made individually. The Shire will not loan out any equipment, nor will the site venue.
  • No one may enter the building at the site venue due to the presence of a day-care center. Toilets are currently not available. Those needing facilities will need to seek nearby public restrooms. It is your responsibility to know where accessible restrooms are located.
  • Standard waivers will be in full use. Please bring your own pen if at all possible. If you do not want to sign the waiver form, you will not be permitted to remain on site. Organizers will be actively collecting personal contact information for contact tracing purposes. This information will be retained by the organizer in the original written form and will not be used for any purpose other than contact tracing.
