The Knights Marshal is in charge of all martial activities in the Shire.

The Youth Marshal is in charge of armored combat for fighters under age 18.

The Archery Marshal is in charge of archery activities in the Shire.

The Master of Thrown Weapons oversees activities involving weapons which are thrown at targets.

The Minister of Lists controls flow of tournaments and checks to make sure all participants are authorized fighters.

The Herald aids in researching and registering heraldic display, name, and device (coat of arms) for individuals and groups.

The Chronicler is responsible for keeping meeting minutes at the monthly Shire Business Meeting . This officer also produces a Shire newsletter.
